Do I need a credit card to start?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between paid tiers in billing, and email support helps with invoices or renewal edge cases.
How are subscriptions billed?
Prices are listed in USD and billed monthly through secure checkout. Taxes appear when required by the payment provider or merchant of record.
What is the refund policy?
Paid subscriptions follow the EdenRank Refund Policy. Support can confirm the current terms before activation if your team needs a review.
What counts as a workspace?
One domain or brand environment you want monitored as a unit. Add more workspaces as you scale to new sites, products, or clients.
How is this different from another analytics tool?
Most tools stop at tracking. EdenRank keeps the signal, source context, next action, and proof trail in one place so the team can move without babysitting another dashboard.
Is my data private?
Your workspace data stays account-scoped. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest, access is authenticated, and collection is governed by the Privacy Policy and your analytics-consent choice.
What work can the Concierge agent execute?
On Concierge, the agent monitors visibility, can update approved on-site surfaces such as llms.txt and submit owned URLs to IndexNow, prepares FAQ schema and comparison drafts, watches community sources, and sends a weekly strategy brief. External directory/forum submissions are approval-first by default. Outreach auto-send is a separate per-workspace opt-in with caps and unsubscribe; completed work keeps an execution receipt and is re-measured separately.
Does the agent send outreach emails on my behalf?
Only if you turn it on. Autonomous outreach is off by default and opt-in per workspace. When enabled, the agent uses capped sends, a 7-day cooldown per domain, and a one-click unsubscribe in every message. Anyone who unsubscribes is suppressed permanently and never contacted again.
Is there an API?
Yes. Concierge and Agency include a read-only REST API to pull your visibility scores, recommendations, and tracked prompts into your own dashboards. Mint a key in Settings, then see the API reference at /api-docs.
What is the buying-intent lens?
Growth and above. We split your tracked prompts into money prompts (comparisons, alternatives, best-of shortlists, pricing questions) and learning-stage prompts, and score them separately. For every money prompt where an engine names a competitor and not you, a once-a-day analysis reads the actual engine answer and tells you the primary reason you lost - pricing, features, reviews, integrations, or a missing page - with the exact quote as evidence and a concrete fix.
What does the AI reputation shield do?
Pro and above. Once a day we extract the factual claims each engine currently makes about your brand and put them side by side. Conflicts (one engine says $59, another says $500) and suspected falsehoods are flagged and raised in your alert feed the day they appear. One click drafts a public correction onto your task board - you review and publish it yourself; nothing ever goes live automatically.
Is the Concierge agent safe?
High-risk actions require your explicit approval. Connector-backed actions may be reversible when the connector supports it, and each activity lane can be paused separately. The audit log shows every action, when it ran, what it did, and the cost. We never charge for anything without your approval - paid directory submissions always go to the approval queue.
Can I keep publishing on my own site?
Yes. Use managed pages on a delegated subdomain for citable AI-search content, or use the GitHub PR lane when your site lives in a repository. The agent drafts changes and you review before anything goes live.
